Core Values

Chairman's Message

It is with great humility and a deep sense of responsibility that I welcome you to the IKO-Ekperem Consultative Forum (IKO-CF), a duly registered community-based interest group committed to promoting the unity, progress, and sustainable development of our dear Iko-Ekperem community.

IKO-CF was established on the conviction that meaningful development is best achieved through collective vision, purposeful leadership, transparency, and active community participation. Our mission is to unite our people across generations and locations, harness our collective strengths, and work collaboratively to address the developmental aspirations of our community.

As Chairman, I firmly believe that every son and daughter of Iko-Ekperem has a role to play in shaping the future of our community. Through our various directorates, we are committed to promoting quality education, youth and women empowerment, economic advancement, digital transformation, research-driven planning, effective communication, and responsible community engagement.

We also recognise that sustainable development requires strategic partnerships. Accordingly, IKO-CF remains committed to working closely with traditional institutions, government agencies, corporate organisations, development partners, civil society organisations, and well-meaning individuals whose vision aligns with the progress of our community.

I therefore invite every indigene, friend, and partner of Iko-Ekperem to identify with this noble initiative. Together, we can build a peaceful, united, prosperous, and self-reliant community where opportunities abound for present and future generations.

On behalf of the Executive Council and the entire membership of IKO-CF, I sincerely appreciate everyone who has contributed to the growth of this Forum. I encourage us all to remain committed to the ideals of unity, integrity, accountability, and selfless service.

May God continue to bless Iko-Ekperem, bless Cross River State, and bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
